So the web says 5 they open at 6??.Get in line know one comes to work . Then you have to go other places. They continue not to fix the problem...which is ..pay your people .. They continually have deals on everything but coffee and then when you can use it forget it because you can't get waited on. Yeah keep raising your prices

I don’t think i’ve ever waited 45 minutes at a drive thru. I never leave reviews on places giving them the benefit of the doubt but this is just straight BS. First I sat in the second drive thru ordering box and was never taken my order so next I pulled back around and went in the first one and took another 10 minutes to take my order which was a simple breakfast order. Next I sat at the drive thru window holding up the line and was never given my order. So they instructed me to pull up to the reserved spot. I am currently still in the reserved spot while writing this review! This is outrageous. I want to leave but I already paid. The lady told me my order would take less then a minute to get out and I have been sitting in the reserved spot for another 15.

No excuse for old, dry burgers being served at lunch time. Ordered a bunless burger, as usual, but it was jam packed in McNugget box. I asked for a tray, as that is how they are served at every other McDonald’s I’ve been to, and I was told no by the drive thru worker. She insisted it comes in a McNugget box and used some sort of honey/sweetie at me in a patronizing, rude tone. The box was greasy and it made the order difficult to eat. Avoid this location.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. Sat at the pickup window for 8 minutes while the stoned lady inside texted in the corner. My bag of food was sitting there but she was too high to notice. Also was unprofessional in appearance and work ethic.

Slowest “fast food restaurant” Placed mobile order, got in line at 10:22, got my food at 11:05!!!!
Drive thru orders are taking forever. Need more staff on shift. This is unacceptable

I wish I could give this McDonald’s zero stars. We waited over 30 minutes for a 3 meal order. (And that wasn’t a one time thing, I’ve been here multiple times at different parts of the day and every time they are extremely slow.) And then, to make matters worse, the dude that handed us our food was very unfriendly. No greeting, no simple “have a good day” or even a smile. He just stared blankly at me and only spoke when spoken to. Absolutely terrible each and every time. I’d recommend going to the McDonald’s on route 119 (even if it’s extra drive time it’ll probably be faster).
