This chicken taste like Styrofoam! This is the most imitation orange chicken I've ever ate. If this is your go to place for Chinese you need a psych evaluation.

Stopped at the mall coming home from work and tried Panda #8 for the first time. What a great decision. The service was excellent and my entire meal was all quite flavourful. It's not hard to tell they use quality ingredients. Can't wait to try some of the other options. I will absolutely be back when I'm in the area.

The lady was super nice and the price was good but the food was not. The chow mein looked delicious but had a funny flavor. Like it's trying to be pasta. The spare ribs tasted okay but were dry. Overall just not a fan. Very disappointed.

BEST General Tso’s chicken in the Westmoreland area and one of the best options at Westmoreland Mall!!! I’ve been going to this joint for the last 3-4 years whenever I’m in the area or working at the mall and they never let me down! Family owned restaurant, the kids are always talkative, very friendly. The mom is the GREATEST with her service and kindness, and the husband is a magnificent chef! They always remember my order when I eat there, as well as my family’s orders when I order for them or vice versa when we go!!! BEST FAMILY OWNED RESTAURANT I THINK I’LL EVER EAT AT HANDS DOWN!! IF YOU’VE NEVER BEEN, YOU’RE MISSING OUT!! Thank you Panda 8 and your great atmosphere, service, food, and family!
