Takes about 45 minutes with five or more employees present. Very slow. Expect a wait.

So there’s a guy that works in the mornings he’s handicapped anyway he really should not be working with food. He has some kind of a nervous twitch or something and he’s constantly touching his his face his his hair, his hat his lips he’s always touching something and. Yes, he puts a pair of gloves on when he goes to handle food, but as soon as he touches the glove, he contaminate the glove because he had just got done touching his face so after he touches his face and touches the glove, then contaminate the glove, which then contaminate anything he touches. It’s actually kind of disgusting and after watching him today, I actually threw the cookie that I bought away. You guys need to teach him that he cannot be touching his face all the time. It’s truly disgusting.

This is the third time I have ordered food to go and received the wrong item. The first time was the wrong salad, the second time I got a baguette instead of apple, and today I got mac and cheese instead of soup. The food quality is fine, but I want what I paid for, especially when I'm paying nearly $20 for fast food.

Cashier was terrible, very rude. We order a cherry pastry, chocolate croissant and two cheesecake bites. We were given a bag with everything tossed in it, the cherry pastry was smeared over everything the croissants w wasn't heated and was hard as a rock, cheesecake bites were crushed by the cherry pastry. They clearly lack the ability to even try. Go here if you don't mind wasting money. $12 for trash in a bag.

So many different options to create the perfect mean. I love their French onion soup and Mediterranean greens and grains salad. Perfect potions IN restaurant. However, I have ordered it out and the salad and soup seems much smaller and wetter. Always pleasant staff when I've gone.

We were there for our supper and my mom and I went to the bathroom at the same time and when we returned our food that we were gonna take with us was gone so someone must've thrown it away!!!! That's not right in my book and no one asked us if we were done with it or anything... I don't know how things are done here but in my book it someone spends money on food and was gonna take it with them well at least ask the person if they are done and wants it thrown away or something of the sort... I don't know if I'll be back to this location if this is the "normal" thing at this location... we both ordered the bread bowl with the potato soup and it was good but we weren't done and was planning on taking it with us

I used to really like panera. Lately is hasn't been very good. Workers seem annoyed by customers. Food hasn't been very good

I cater many orders working in the medical device realm. Panera is usually my go to as things in the past worked very smoothly, up until yesterday. I place an order, $558 worth for pick up on Tuesday, (2-days prior to event) and they confirm to tell me no payment is needed until day of, so I continue on. Thursday (day of event) I am told they cannot prepare the order until it’s paid for, so I call and pay, no biggy. Upon arrival to pick up, they say my card hasn’t went through, I call my bank to confirm purchase and I put the phone on speaker so the associate could here my bank saying it’s an issue on Panera’s part. Once that didn’t work, I figured I’d use my credit card, and again the system was not accepting payment. Obviously it’s an issue on there part, and after an HOUR of hassle, the event was quickly approaching so I gave my license and card number and asked to figure it out later, they approved with manager and I’m good to go. The next 3-hours, during the event I received FOUR phone-calls, still saying it wasn’t working, interrupted presentations, and my time all for something we knew when I left 1-2hours ago. (Had to leave device on to give directions if needed). After 3-voicemails, I called and asked to pay in cash and I arrived next day & Removed the tip, this service was the worst I experienced, the worker was not trained on the kiosk, and the management were little help. I do 4-8 events a month, and safe to say it will not be at this location ever again.
