I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. I know everyone’s experience is different but I was in and out in less than a half hour. Sat down at 12:01 and had my food on my table at 12:15. My waitress asked several times if she could do anything else. And she was friendly. My worries for the bad reviews went away quickly.

The staff is nice but it's weird that my order that is always the same cost different each time I go. Different staff ring it different ways and some staff tell me that can't do it the way other people have done it.

The food is not as good as it once was. Burgers are thin. You ask for pink inside but you can't get it if the burger is thinner than the bun. Fries are good if you can get enough. I like the birthday free burger though now you have to spend so much before it's free.
