Half the staff smoke but can’t even roll a burrito correctly. Last time i was there the lady at the drive through asked if she gave me my straw then when i proceeded to tell her there’s no straw in the bag she cuts me off and closes the window…this time my one burrito was falling apart the other one wasn’t even hot it was cold as hell.

My fiancé an i went through the drive through here about 20 minutes ago and was so please with the Young man who took our order an served us, He was so kind and despite him having a disability he doesn’t let that affect him or his personality! I wish nothing but the best for him, he made me go from having a bad day to a wonderful day. May God bless him, an keep him protected from all the rude and negative people in the world. I didn’t catch his name, BUT HE IS AWESOME!!! 🫶🏽

The quality is hit or miss. My husband got sick from bad sour cream last night. It was watery and tasted rancid.
Hi, I went to taco bell with cheese quesadilla. I eat from a cheesey cheese and I will get nachos fries. I'm not sure that it's a Nacho season, but the fries are very well seasoned! They are good for eating. They are good fries and potatoes. Thank you, I would recommend going back here.

The Beefy 5-layer burrito tasted a lot better when it was .89 cents. In 15 years the item has gone from .89 cents to $5.53, which is a 600% increase; and decreased in portion amounts...so I can only assume you've given your employees a 600% raise and decreased their workload too, right? $35/Hr wages?
