Worst decision to go to Wendy's tonight ever! I ordered a Jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag, two 6 pc chicken nuggets, and a double stack biggie bag. I got the two 6pc nuggets, a double stack biggie bag, and a junior cheeseburger. And the wait for my spicy nuggets was like a lifetime. I'm not normally much of a complainer, and it takes a lot to upset me but I live 2 minutes away from there and my food was literally ice cold. And that's not even all. About a month ago, same location, I ordered a chocolate frosty, and it was just about everything BUT frosty. It was like drinking warm chocolate milk. This wendys used to be badass. Idk what happened, but I'm over it.

today I was just having the worst day of my life so my friend offered to take me to Wendy's. we pulled up played rhe spongebob music through my speaker (yk the trend) and I didn't know they had a frosty with the meal so I asked my friend if I could try a bite of his and Jess like a LEGEND comes out with a small frosty for me to try. I cannot say how much I appreciated that.

Placed a mobile order online for drive through. Went through the drive through, told the girl at the speaker and it broke out what window she said to pull up to so I pulled to the first window since i seen someone there expecting that was her. She starts taking someone elses order okay cool thats fine i dont mind waiting a minute. Then the pull up behind me. She looks at me when I tried to get her attention and immediately goes back onto her cell phone texting and shit. So i gave up after waiting a few minutes and pulled to the second window where they gave me my food with nasty ass looks. The food was a bit cooler probably because i waited at the wrong window and no one knows how to communicate.

Went through the drive through and ordered Dave's single meal, a plain cheeseburger, 6 piece saucy nugs HONEY BARBEQUE and small chocolate frosty. Checked the bag and had only the nugs and fries. I asked the young man at the window about the burgers, and had to wait for them to be made. Drove home only to find that the Dave's single burger was not in the bag with the cheeseburger, the chicken nugs were not honey barbecue, they were some kind of garlic Parmesan which I do not like. I understand what it's like to work short staffed, but this was uncalled for! The drive through was not that busy and maybe a little more listening skills would make a difference.

Not only did they not give me a ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich and instead give me a regular chicken sandwich they also gave me a normal burger instead of my pretzel baconator

Payed $7.50 for a chicken sandwich that only had top part of bun no bottom price hard to beleive never saw that before but it's true , called the manager and could care less not great customer service!
