We decided to check this place out after seeing some great online reviews about their food. Our visit did not disappoint! The homemade chips and fries are worth returning for on their own. The poutine was loaded with short rib and super flavorful. I had never had elk before, and their Elk Burger was incredible. The blue cheese 🤌 Chicken Bites with Mac & Cheese with their maple sweet chili sauce on the side - amazing. The staff was a well oiled machine and super friendly....
we really enjoyed this spot—it’s perched on a scenic little hill with great views, which sets a nice tone right off the bat. It’s counter service, but they bring the food to your table, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed and welcoming.
Super kid and dog friendly—plenty of space, and the staff didn’t seem fazed at all by a busy, lively crowd.
Food-wise, the short rib mac and cheese was tasty, though a little on the wetter side...
