Met with some friends and had a wonderful lunch. Great food, Great service and overall relaxing setting.
Ice cream was delicious with a nice selection of flavors. Staff was very friendly and atmosphere is relaxing.
My mom and I came here for dinner and had the classic grilled cheese sandwich, soup, and lattes. The food was SO GOOD! Service is fast, prices are great, and the food was so fresh and delicious. The coffee was amazing! This is our new favorite restaurant in Greenville!

Main Street Cafe is a clean and inviting restaurant in a nice location with a unique, cozy setting. The staff is friendly and polite, and the service is great. The food is excellent and tasty. Meals mentioned include the chicken research salad, philly cheese steak, chicken swiss sandwich, chicken caesar salad, and potato salad. The ice cream is excellent, and there is a cute shop and ice cream parlor. The coffee and drinks are amazing, with a vast selection of coffee drinks. Prices are very reasonable. It is a nice, comfy place to dine or chill. Main Street Cafe comes highly recommended.
