Placed a mobile order got screwed out of a 20 piece chicken nugget the person answering the phone was super rude when I asked about it make sure to triple check your bag because you don’t get what you order and sure won’t get help from anyone to make it right

cant count the number of nuggets and apparently never give sauce even though i paid for 3. never got a chocolate milk with my kids meal and had to go back in for my 6 nuggets (they gave me 4) to which shift lead argued it was a 4pc with proof in hand. she never looked at the receipt just gave us the nuggets and walked away. as a service worker myself for 5 years that's pretty shit service. uniontown at least can read the computer screens they read off so go there instead

Placed on online order at 9:45pm, arrived to pick up at 10pm. They close at 11pm. I arrived to pick up my order and they decided they wanted to close early after I already paid for my order and arrived an hour before they’re even supposed to close. Definitely won’t go here again. Too lazy to stay open their scheduled time so I guarantee the food and service matches.

I'll have to say...this time... usually a disaster the order from drive thru was great!..a first!..two breakfast sandwiches was perfect!..but not the price sad $10 for a biscuit sausage egg and cheese and a bagel sausage egg and cheese .. no soda coffee or hash browns.
