placed a mobile order to get bogo 50% off. one sub had 5 pieces of chicken for a foot long, not toasted like it wa supposed to be. second sub was not toasted. tried to call 4 times, no one will answer the phone but i saw two people working. terrible for $24.

I haven’t ate there in a year and decided to go on Super Bowl Sunday Feb 11th around 5pm. It was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. The two girls working seemed shady. They had the display glass covered. On that particular day I thought it was odd they only accepted cash and no coupons due to the machine was broken(I doubt it was) They seemed like they didn’t want to be there and I felt uncomfortable because of their demeanor. The bread was old and pretzel was dried up and no dipping sauce offered. The employees had hair strains all over their clothes and didn’t wear gloves with gross long fake nails. Subway in Grindstone really plummeted over the years and seems like they’re on their last leg. Will only be going to the one in BV Walmart. If I was you I will do the same.

The employees were talking politics with customers and slow moving when the line was 5 deep. Very unprofessional

Just went and ordered a sub and they gave me the wrong bread. They refused to fix it. Their response was to “call the owner “

The prices have really gone up, just like every other establishment

Once the woman working this morning (around 11am 2/16/22) finally stopped pretending like she didn't know anyone was in the store I ordered a sandwich and went to pay for it. Nope, can't do that. That'd be too simple. Internet down. Cant pay with credit card.. This is the second time. And last. If you can't get decent internet you must not be too interested in selling overpriced food to people willing to buy it !

Great menu and good service in Grindstone location

this is a pretty good location compared to the ones we have around here. clean area and nice employees. they are often out of sauce and olives here though.

The worker was by herself and she did well considering her situation. I was disappointed in the sweet onion teriyaki chicken. The chicken is not coated with teriyaki sauce like it used to be.
