The allure of their seafood Bloody Mary special was too tempting to resist, and it certainly did not disappoint.As we perused the menu, the buffalo chicken nachos caught our eye, and what a fantastic choice they were! Each bite was a perfect harmony of flavors, leaving us thoroughly impressed and eager for more.But the true star of the show was the Thin Mint Cheesecake. It was nothing short of fabulous, a dessert that managed to be both refreshingly minty and decadently creamy all at once.The Carsonville Hotel has etched a special place in our hearts, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. “Love sitting outside at Copper. They do a good job of adding plants and a nice vibe that makes you forget that you're actually sitting in a parking lot patio. I marked service as 4 stars because they are a little difficult to get a hold of for orders if you are seated outside. Otherwise - servers are easy to talk to and the food is great.“
