After my fiance and I had tried their beer at the American legion, I instantly looked this place up because the beer was so good and a week later we came here. I really love the set up of the place. And the staff were super nice and very informative too. If you come here try their pretzel beer, laser beer, dolphin and anchor ale and steam beer. We bought a case each of the laser beer and the pretzel beer and will DEFINITELY be back!!! I am so happy I found this place by accident....
I am a local to the area. I have pretty much been to all the breweries around Hanover PA and Carroll County MD. To be honest we have some great breweries in the area with cool atmospheres and good brews. I was reading through the reviews and have to say if any of these negative reviews sway you to not go to Aldus, than you are missing out! This place has an absolutely awesome atmosphere with OUTSTANDING beer! They have so many styles of beer and rotate in new styles all the time....
4.5 stars for the impressive craft beer menu with over 15 choices. I really enjoyed the steam beer and the schawrzbier. Looking forward to trying more beers on future visits. Food menu available but i did not order any food. Bartenders were very friendly and efficient.
