A lot of people don't seem like they want to work there they can be very nasty at times so then they screw up your order but the curly fries are cool the apple turnovers are too
Went during a slow period. All the staff was focusing on the drive thru. Took like 10-15 minutes before someone even came to take my order at the front register.
When I did get my food, the fries and sandwich were cold.
The restaurant was very clean and had some decent/funny Halloween decorations.

First off any one can have good and bad days. Arbys normally is good. With that said I would change 3 things. I am not a fan of the slider rolls. They put way to much salt on the crinkle ff. And they need to bring back the hot ham and cheese sandwich with the ham sliced thin like the roast beef. I like the app it speeds up the process if I am in a hurry. Now if I could get my wife to know what good food is I could eat at arbys more often
