Placed an online order for 5 people. After grabbing the order getting back to the car, we realized there weren't any spoons or napkins in the bag. My husband went back up to the window to get some. While waiting at the window, 4 employees looked up to see him and went back to do what they were doing. One employee even walked right past the window. I had to honk my horn to get their attention. Portions are fantastic, however the toppings on a banana split is called just that so when missing bananas takes away a lot from it, for the portion of ice creams served which like I stated is fantastic bit of toppings do not compensate, the ice cream quality was definitely not top quality. Please make this experience a better one specially for new customers like myself as you want repeated customers not one time deal!
