After moving to Hanover from Texas last June, we were happy to see a food staple from Texas, Oklahoma, Sonic
after 2 visits we realized this was not the sonic we knew back in TX or OK.
Poor service, non Sonic quality food, app not working so missing out on deals and rewards we were use to.
Jump to a posting I saw a few weeks ago (April/May 2022) on Next Door about a new manager who was working at making the a good location.

Not sure what other issues people had, but we had a nice experience. Mind you it looks a little worse for wear in the parking lot, but it's not the 2000's still. The food was hot and tasty and it came out in a reasonable time, especially since we parked at a stall. The worker was courteous and all was well. We will go back again.

Sonic Drive-In is a convenient spot for a quick and reasonably priced meal or snack. The restaurant has a wide menu selection and good service. However, some customers have experienced inconsistent food quality, including issues with orders and a strange smell. On the plus side, the pretzel twists are a popular item, and the ice cream is delicious. Despite some drawbacks, the restaurant remains a clean and welcoming spot with ample parking.
