Stopped in tonight to get ice cream with the family. I ordered a kids dino sundae with chocolate ice cream and syrup, another with non dairy vanilla and syrup, a normal hot fudge sundae, and another item.The first was made with vanilla and syrup, the second was also vanilla and syrup, but not non dairy (glad I double checked) with no syrup. I asked about the non dairy, and they had no clue. They did remake it but I didn't say anything about the wrong ice cream for the first one.While they were making the last sundae, we heard the workers say they hoped we liked hot fudge (it was loaded with hot fudge on the bottom). Another worker was complaining about her bad day and that she was about to cry.I get it, we all have bad days but you don't do that in earshot of customers.I remember why we don't go here often. The kids didn't eat theirs, and My wife couldn't finish hers.You're better off going to the grocery store and dipping your own ice cream, which is what I did after paying for this.

Ordered a 2 scoop sundae, each scoop was a little bit bigger than a golf ball. The cup it was in wasn't even half full including the two toppings and whipped cream. Not sure if this is a training issue for the employees or what but won't be going back there again. I would hate to see the kiddie scoop? Very poor representation of this company.

Placed an online order for 5 people. After grabbing the order getting back to the car, we realized there weren't any spoons or napkins in the bag. My husband went back up to the window to get some. While waiting at the window, 4 employees looked up to see him and went back to do what they were doing. One employee even walked right past the window. I had to honk my horn to get their attention. The manager finally answered the window. She handed us 1 spoon. No napkins and 1 spoon for the five of us to share. Customer service could use some improvement!!!The ice cream was delicious though!

Milkshake wasn’t mixed properly still chunks of ice cream in bottom of cup when I asked them to remake it felt as if I was a bother and got an attitude… they took multiple orders before they remade mine … very poor service and will not be returning to this location!!!!

First time going here. Great seating outside, a drive thru and great items. Got a hot fudge brownie sundae and enjoyed every last bite.

It was very busy, but even with that we ordered within 5 minutes and got our ice cream in about 15. The price for 6 people was about $35, which I felt was reasonable.

Yes you are closing soon everybody is served ….. but a family of little children excited to have an ice cream cone… then shutting the window on their faces. It’s sad that I had to explain to my children on how some people don’t have a heart. It’s a sad night in Hanover my friends this country is going to the gutter!!

Had a very poor experience last night. The staff took a very long time and then announced rudely that they were no longer serving and closed at 9 on the dot. Understandable, I suppose, except two families had been waiting patiently for approximately 15 mins and then nothing. Turned the little kids away, very disappointing. So, after almost ten yrs of taking our family there, we have little interest in bothering the employees there, I doubt we'll be back any time soon. Poor customer service ruining a nice business.

worst location ever. Would not take my order at window and drive thru was backed up. Waited in line in drive thru for 30 minutes and still not ready when I got to window. Meanwhile I could see them thru the window and not really trying to keep up with business. I will never go back.

Just delicious! Girls are very friendly and generous. I tried their banana split and just loved it, good size portions. It was busy but the girls were quick to move the line.
