Sure people complain about the pretzels being overdone, but little do these imbeciles realize that they can get overcooked and there isn't nothing they can do about. "Boohoo I got another hard pretzel after I told the person about getting a hard pretzel" it's because it was a whole batch you pox!The service is great and they do their damnest to serve good pretzels. I've only had a couple pretzels overdone but most of them have been cooked very well.
Our daughter, who is our chauffeur and tour guide thinks that a visit to the mall is never complete without a visit to Auntie Anne's. She has converted me to think the same way. Just love those pretzels.
Purchased 6 bags of pretzel bites to snack on during our car trip back to NY. The pretzel bites were absolutely delicious, fresh ,sweet & salty. They should make a Large travel size.
