I've come through here a few times and this was one of my best experiences. When I pulled in there was no other cars in the parking lot and there were 3 or 4 employees outside smoking which is fine to have a break and smoke but to smoke right next to the door when you walk in was a deterrent.I almost left but I just did not feel like driving anywhere else for a burger.The place was very messy. Loved it. I will travel the extra 3-5 miles to go to this location. Would not recommend the college square location.Parking: Enter/exit through the highway entrance if you want/need to avoid speed bumps.

Ive given this store several times to make my experience better but they always fail. This time will be the last. Went to pick up my mobile order. Was handed the wrong drink, i ordered 1 fry, 1 onion ring and 1 cheesey tot. I got 2 fries and 1 onion ring. Then there was no sauce like i had asked for and no straws to drink our drinks. How do you mess up so badly. Does every customer experience this?
