I am Dasher came to get my order I drove ten minutes here and it was still on printer, NO ONE ELSE WAS HERE. ITS 434. NOT ONLY that but the female got smart was extremely rude and the whole staff should get canned except for carrot top. Another guy came in here and was joking around and they looked at him like he was from Mars. It was sad. Guy left shaking his head, saying I guess they have no sense of humor. You can tell they hate their job, or the just hate people. Sad.

Tried this chain for the first time on Monday. I had heard of it, but didn't know anything about the menu. The staff were very helpful in explaining the menu to me (I'm sure I walked in there looking stupid LOL) and what came on the sandwiches and how they were prepared. The food was made correctly as ordered and it was fresh and quite good! I had a gluten free Hook and Ladder sandwich and the bread was much better than a lot of other chains that offer gluten-free bread. I thought the prices were pretty fair for what you got and this location looked clean and well taken care of. I would come back again and try some other menu items!
So very disappointed in what firehouse subs has become in Hanover. Had lunch there last Saturday. Absolutely shocked that it cost me $35 to have a sandwich and drink and my wife to have a salad and a drink, and my grandson having a child's meal of two little meatballs.But that's not the worst part. The teenage boy who met us at the register was extraordinarily rude and literally never spoke a word to us other than what do you want. What is with this idiot teenage generation working in service positions where personality matters yet lacking personality. This kid needs to be fired and the owner of this sub shop needs to learn how to hire properly. I will not ever be eating here again because of the rudeness of the staff and the outrageous cost of their sandwiches.

This is my favorite sub shop on planet earth! If you're a fan of Italian subs, I highly recommend getting the Italian sub! They also have a rewards app and on your birthday, on the app, you can go in and get a free sub when showing them that you have the birthday rewards. I go here often and they always say, "welcome to firehouse" as you walk in. They are pretty fast and the food is great. I love the inside too! It's very much like a fire place and they keep with the theme.
