Tried this chain for the first time on Monday. I had heard of it, but didn't know anything about the menu. The staff were very helpful in explaining the menu to me (I'm sure I walked in there looking stupid LOL) and what came on the sandwiches and how they were prepared. The food was made correctly as ordered and it was fresh and quite good! This is my favorite sub shop on planet earth! If you're a fan of Italian subs, I highly recommend getting the Italian sub! They also have a rewards app and on your birthday, on the app, you can go in and get a free sub when showing them that you have the birthday rewards. I go here often and they always say, "welcome to firehouse" as you walk in. They are pretty fast and the food is great. I love the inside too! It's very much like a fire place and they keep with the theme.
