My husband got take out. We ordered a 16pc meal which is suppose to include 4 breasts, 4 thighs, 4 legs, and 4 wings. We got 3 breasts, 3 thighs, 2 legs, and the rest were wings. When you spend $56 on a meal you expect to get what you paid for and if there is a problem the customer should be made aware of it and given an option not surprised when they get home. This is the second time this has happened and feel we should be compensated for what we didn't get. This is unacceptable.
The most pathetic KFC in the area. Workers are lazy and embarrassing. After dropping my friends food straight on the ground they laughed about it. Put it back in the same box and then got rude with the customer that simply asked for a new box. Not even to have the food replaced. Genuinely embarrassed to even be in Hanover because of workers like this.

My husband and I ordered a 6 piece chicken bucket. The pieces were barely fried, as you looked closer to the bone the meat was slightly pink. All the pieces barely had the batter on them and, was overly greasy.
