Definitely one of the better places ive eaten at. Staff is so friendly & helpful. Lobby could use an update but im sure thats out of their control. If corporate would spend the time & money updating the outside & inside this would be the BEST restaurant in Hanover..

The Cashier in the morning was so nice and she always has a smile on her face ! I’ve been there a few times and she never fails to make my day. The food is always hot and delicious compared to some of the KFCs around .

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THIS IS THE WORST RESTURAUNT. IVE ORDERED MANY TIMES EACH TIME HOPING THEY WOUKDNT SCREW UP AND THEY ALWAYS DO. THEY ABSOLUTELY NEVER GIVE YKU KFC SAUCE EVER. I HAVE ORDERED IT EVERYTIME AND THEY NEVER GIVE IT TO YOU, AND THEY NEVER GIVE UTENSILS EITHER. THEN THE FOOD ALWAYS HAS SOMETHING MISSING. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW STAFF, THEY ARE ALL INCOMPETANT

My husband and I ordered a 6 piece chicken bucket. The pieces were barely fried, as you looked closer to the bone the meat was slightly pink. All the pieces barely had the batter on them and, was overly greasy.

My husband got take out. We ordered a 16pc meal which is suppose to include 4 breasts, 4 thighs, 4 legs, and 4 wings. We got 3 breasts, 3 thighs, 2 legs, and the rest were wings. When you spend $56 on a meal you expect to get what you paid for and if there is a problem the customer should be made aware of it and given an option not surprised when they get home. This is the second time this has happened and feel we should be compensated for what we didn't get. This is unacceptable.

The most pathetic KFC in the area. Workers are lazy and embarrassing. After dropping my friends food straight on the ground they laughed about it. Put it back in the same box and then got rude with the customer that simply asked for a new box. Not even to have the food replaced. Genuinely embarrassed to even be in Hanover because of workers like this.

Was a bit disappointed. The food was okay, but could have been better. The chicken was lukewarm, and the fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. We were the only people in the dining room, which really could use some repairs.

Restaurant hours are until 9pm M-W & T-F until 10pm. Well its been a couple of times that I drove by the restaurant and the lights are off in the front of the restaurant, this time I decided to go through the drive thru to see if it was actually Open or Closed. The drive thru panel was off and the speaker was broken with a note to order at the window. When I drove to the window everyone was cleaning at 8:56pm, it looked like everyone was getting ready to close early or leave.The first thing I thought was that they turn the light off so that people will think that they are closed and not drive in.On another note, I asked for a Famous bowl. When I opened it, the chicken was burned, the bowl was filled less than half way and the mashed potato was very liquid.It's so sad to say that Customer Service at this place has gone down due to a lot of reasons. Like food is not done correctly, orders are not taken right due to them rushing, and if you go by late after 8pm the food is served burned and incomplete.No need to show photos to prove myself, just pass by to see it yourself.
