This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! The manager there is amazing and always so kind to everyone! After the Starbucks on Eisenhower is constantly closed - I go to this one all the time! They all work incredibly hard and always have a smile on their face! They deserve a shout on for being over worked this holiday season! ❤️❤️

Its getting worse and worse every visit. It used to be good, until the last 2 months. The drinks taste different, the service is terrible. The staff used to be so welcoming and honor when they told you we'll fix your drink or a refund. After the third time I called in and the employee said they'd give me a new drink, I came in and they didnt honor it. I go to other Starbucks and my drink taste Great, as it used to at the hanover location (Eisenhower). This place needs re-training...read full review
