Every time I order an iced London fog or breakfast tea no matter how ahead of time I order it at this location it is NEVER steeped long enough. Every time I get it tastes like dirty water. Everything else is fine except steeped teas. When I go inside to return the abomination of tea there is a certain barista who usually is working who is beyond rude about it not sure of her name but dark hair and heavy eye makeup. She has an attitude everytime. Which makes the experience even worse. So I just decided never to order steeped teas from this location. I’ve tried over a dozen times and it’s always the same result which is disappointing. When I’m in the area maybe I’ll get a Danish here but I’ll drive to britton or ghouls and grinds for a drink.

About 80% of the time I can never get any other coffee besides Pike Place. I assume this is a management problem, the staff does do their best when it's busy.

Worst Starbucks on the face of the earth! They say if they mess up your drink they'll fix it (most times they do mess it up), but in reality they get angry make you wait a stupid amount of time for them to remake it and again mess they mess it up! I remember the 1 barista being clueless when he first started. Now he's just mean! These people should NOT be in customer service at all! Do better!!!

I am updating this review from negative to positive due to the amazing service I received from the morning staff today.I want to preface that I had stopped coming to this store on 11/13 after an unpleasant experience at 6:45pm with a rude worker at the drive thru however due to time constraints today I couldn’t drive the extra 30 minutes down and back to the other store in south hanover.The morning staff today were super kind and helpful. My phone was taking forever to pull up the app and the girl at the window was so friendly and kind waiting for my phone to work. I ordered a bunch of snowman cookies because my kid is obsessed with them. They delivered all my items exactly how I asked and even gave me little sleeves for the cookies I got for when my child does want them so I don’t have to keep running back and forth to starbies. I really appreciate this attention to detail and service so this store is redeemed for me, I will likely go in the morning though and avoid it in the evening.

just paid over $23 for three cups of choppy flavorless colored ice and a melted "frozen" lemonade. We ordered mocha cookie crumbles and were told they were out of whipped cream and Java chips, which we were ok with, but received icy flavorless drinks that were not even blended. Couldn't even drink them. Service lacking and gave us no receipt. Not the first time we weren't happy here. Never going back. Do yourself a favor a skip Starbucks and go to Three Arrows in Hanover Market or Deja Brew in New Oxford.

I really don’t like complaining but I swear every time I come here theres an issue. This is kind of my last straw I took three sips of my drink and it was almost all gone so I looked at my up and it’s over 3/4s full of ice. This is just ridiculous. The employees are wonderful it’s the way the drinks themselves are made with no care every time that’s annoying.

I love coming here! My drinks are never wrong and everyone is so friendly but this morning Friday October 13, the lady that takes orders in the morning, is not welcoming at all! She always has an attitude and never smiles at customers I'm not sure what kind of customer services this is, I love coming here I usually come in in the afternoons but recently started coming in mornings.

The Starbucks employees, today were so nice. Like my friends and I were having such a bad day at Eisenhower McDonald’s. And one of the Starbucks employee’s Jesse came out with 3 waters because they saw we were having such a bad day and came out here to calm us down and making us laugh.

Staff always so sweet. Ask them for drink choices and they will offer different choices. Everything bagel is a favorite of mine. Kids alway have to have a cake pop when we go

I ordered the caramel frappuccino and it was delicious. I ordered through Door Dash and the delivery was fast and my coffee was handled with care. I am an extremely happy customer! Great job everyone!

Stop here today the gal at the drive through was very rude. I ask for no foam on my latte and I politely returned it and said said that I need to tell her. I told her I did and she snatched it from me and commented rudely. Gave me my coffee back and it was just slightly warm. I know we are all short staffed but wen your paying $7 for a coffee at 7 am. It s no way to start ur day. Dispointed.
