Wow, this food truck was AMAZING! Pinky's truck was at Black Flag Brewing for a kegs and eggs event. They had a great brunch menu with a lot of options, all focused on their delicious bbq. The brisket gravy poutine with garlic cheese curds was SO good. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. The gravy had a great smoky taste and was really meaty. Definitely will be back if their come back to the area!
The pit beef sandwich was amazing. Each bite was better than the last. Got an order of hush puppies which were delicious. If you are in the Hanover area, be sure to stop by Pinky’s in The Markets at Hanover!

This BBQ is amazing! I had the vegan butternut squash tacos. Hopefully, they keep these on the menu because they were deliciously flavorful. The mac and cheese is also amazing. The people who run the truck are the nicest folks. Definitely will be back. Check them out!
