We were there recently and had a terrible experience. Starts off we place drink order for 4 people and only got 3 drinks. No one really enjoyed the food. Two of us got endless shrimp, it took over an hour to start getting our shrimp and it never came out in the right order. We complained to the manager and were told they were aware of the problem. If you know there are problems why would you wait to fix them. Two other tables around us had similar problems

Been a while since we were last here, but food is still just as good as it’s always been. Plus the server we had last night, was top notch. I can honestly say besides great food their service is 5star now too!

Host had a bad attitude. Wife threw up all the food next day, after suffering stomach pain all night. Although the food was good not sure if it was the drinks, but our cups were dirty. I didn’t drink my tea because of that and when I poured it out into a to go cup, I could see the cup was very dirty inside and out. The waiter should have known better than to serve drinks in dirty cups. Almost seem like they were reused without washing.
Our food was delicious! I ate everything, and I got the Ultimate feast and added an extra lobster tail and grilled scallops. I always choose the Hanover location as the York location isn't as nice. My server sucked this time, but maybe he was having an off day. It took about 20 minutes for him to appear so I could ask for the bill. He forgot my appetizer. Oh, well. It's still my son's favorite place.Kid-friendliness: This is my son's favorite restaurant. He is a seafood lover. I remember loving it, too.

Everything was great but the food portions were a bit of a bummer. I got the grilled salmon with broccoli and fries. It seemed like a plate of fries with broccoli and a side of salmon.
