This is the first place we ate after moving here and we went back two more weekends in a row. Haven't had anything mediocre yet, it was all great. We especially love the pizza (their sauce is fantastic) and the pretzel rolls are great too.

terrible. That's the best word I can use for our first and last experience at this restaurant.the 4 of us stopped in for dinner tonight. the waitress was very nice but food was terrible.three of us ordered burgers. they were all cooked to death. over cooked, cold, and tasteless. we also ordered the mac and cheese. it was cold but not bad tasting. whomever they have in the kitchen needs to learn how to cook. very disappointed. $85 waisted.
This review is for the downtown (German) location. The inside is very large with outside, upstairs and down stairs seating. I suggest you sit upstairs, if it's not nice out. It has a great view of the downstairs where the live music plays and a great view outside with the large wrap around windows. The beer is really good, the food is just ok. I was hoping for some German twists on the food but it's just your typical bar food. The service is great, all the employees were very nice and our waitress/bartender kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything. They have a nice little merch section as soon as you walk in the door, got a shirt and a pint glass for the collection at home.

Stopped in to get something to eat after our roller derby game before heading home and it was a great choice. I had the smoked brisket sandwich with bbq and it was delicious!

Selection of drinks was great. Appetizers were great. Food and dessert was not wow though, order brisket sandwich that was cold and children’s portions for an $18 sandwich. Ordered cheesecake and strawberry cake for dessert with wife, both frozen still. Good spot for enjoying drinks and apps, beautiful back patio and comfortable indoor seating.

Beer was top notch. We very much enjoyed their IPA, Irish Stout, and took home a unique Ginger Beer.The banana pudding kinda stole the show, though. I really, really, wish we could get the recipe!
