We were so disheartened by our visit for dinner there today. We went to the red lion location before and was so pleased and then we tried the Hanover one today and it was not a pleasant experience. Our waitress didnt offer any refills and our drinks were all but empty when we got our food. She didn’t ask us how our food was. Awesome waitstaff Heather and Shay were absolutely on top of everything however the food and kitchen staff burnt the kids pizza and all of our food was subpar and half burnt. waited over an hour for food and drinks took 30 minutes at best. I've been here several times and the last week has been terrible for food. Poor management at best.
