The people working there are disorganized and rude. I placed a mobile order and when I got there they said they never received my order. I showed the woman my order number and confirmation of payment through my app. But still proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and I had to call customer service. After all this then they realized they did have my order and blame me for giving wrong name. The Customer Service at this Dunkin Donuts is horrible.
I love Dunkin’ Donuts. I go daily. Generally, I go to the zieglerville or Sanatoga location, but periodically I would go to Harleysville. I will never go again. I have overlooked how rude staff is repeatedly because seriously who cares if they give me my food. What ruined it for me was the other weekend when they charged me for the wrong order. They asked for my card back and I gave it back thinking they would refund me and charge me for the correct amount. Nope. Instead they...read full review
