Have been ordering pizza here since we moved to the area a year ago. The last handful of times we have called to place and order, the girl on the phone has been extremely rude and seems like she hates her job. It is making us rethink ordering from Laura's and potentially finding a friendlier pizza place to order from.

Laura's was recommended to me by an area resident. This is a very casual dining experience with pizza/sandwich shop options and restaurant options. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall. Honestly I didn't even know it was there until someone pointed it out to me. Service was good. The server was attentive and courteous. Food was good. I wanted a meal so ordered an entree which was served with a salad. I noticed mozzarella sticks on the menu. Love this things. I ordered a small thinking this would work as a sort of appetizer. Quantity of sticks was decent. I ended up taking a few home with me as a snack. My entree was Florentino which is a cream sauce with spinach, mozzarella and sun dried tomato server over your choice of chicken or veal. I chose chicken. Pasta was included with the entree. I choose angel hair pasta and asked for the chicken to be served over the pasta. I intended to mix it anyway so may as well have the cook do it for me. I liked the meal. Quantity was good. Three chicken cutlet with sauce served over the pasta. I also took a bit of this home for later. My only complaint would be the amount of sauce and cheese layered on top of the dish. Although the sauce was good, there was just too much of it on my plate. A bit less sauce and cheese would have been good.

There were a fair amount of folks picking up pizza orders during my visit. Guessing the pizza will be good. Will be back again to try the pizza/sandwich options.

It's been 2 years since my last visit because they either botched or missed making my orders on 3 separate occasions.
Well they did it again, lol. Tried giving them another chance and once again, no order was put in. Waited for over 30 minutes past the time I was told to pick up. An hour total from time ordered till time ready.
Seriously, Laura's, you need to come up with a better system for taking orders.
Also, the pizza was super floppy and not that good. They were clearly overwhelmed and flustered in there, I felt bad for the workers.
Management needs to step up and help develop a better system for when things get busy.
I'll avoid Laura's once again, hoping they figure it out.

I grew up in Harleysville so I know it’s a good place I don’t live in the area anymore but when I come back I still like to support a good family owned restaurant. Nice staff and good food !

Dined in and we all had a great meal. Two of us ordered paninis, the bread was delicious, chicken was cooked to perfection. The third person had the lasagna, said it was delicious. Everything came out hot. The service was great, friendly and attentive served. It was a plus that it’s a byob. Overall great experience.

Went for lunch. On a Monday. 1 hour for a cold turkey hoagie and 1 slice of pizza… food never came out. Had to ask for it to be bagged up. Tables came in after ordered lots of food and had it all before a cold hoagie came out. 10% wasn’t worth me missing my entire lunch.
