Jordan, the bartender, is amazing. He was so fun to talk to, and I had such a good time with him. I've been going to mainland for a few years and he is the best bartender I've ever had there!
Walked into Mainland Grille in a Saturday afternoon and asked the bartender if these two seats were open a the bar. He says "you should get a table". There wasn't one person sitting at any table in the whole restaurant!! We said no we will sit here at the bar where there were other people sitting. He starts to clean up our area and comes back and says "you should sit at a table if you want immediate service"..we said again No we are sitting here! He then tells us it's going to be awhile he is busy. What is going on at this place??? Horrible!!!!! My husband and I just wanted to go out on a Saturday afternoon for a drink!!!! I would highly NOT recommend

The fries were great. The reuben sandwich, however, was thin on filling.Kid-friendliness: There were kids there to eat.Parking: They have a large lot. But it is quite an incline to get to the steps and then up to the front door.

Went around 7:15pm, no wait. Got seated right away, then nothing for about fifteen minutes. Ordered the "Mainland Old Fashioned" and a mocktail. OF was water and a splash what was supposed to be Woodford Reserve. Mocktail was... fine. Then ordered two appetizers- Tots and wings. The tots warned you that they had cheeze-wiz, so we expected it... But... It wasn't as appetizing as it sounded. Tots themselves were fine, wiz wasn't. The wings were solid flavor, but a little too bready and inconsistent in size. Ended up not doing dinner there, so can't talk on that point.Live music was a plus, The artist was great. Staff was also nice. It was very clean, so maybe we just came in on an off night.Parking: Shares with golf course, but plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Is WC accessible

Excellent dinner! Grilled salmon over risotto with shrimp and asparagus, and the French Dip roast beef sandwich were both delicious. Meats were perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. We're very happy we live so close by, and we'll be returning soon.

New (March 2022):Wow, this is such a shame. They've gone from 5 Stars to 1, our go to place. We went around Nov 2021, first time since pandemic, and was 3 stars but brushed it off as having an off day for the restaurant.Fast-forward 2022. Food was downright bad. Some of the food was cold, not appetizing even if it was the right temperature. I gave them two chances and twice they messed up my drink (alcoholic). No alcohol and the rest of it had no flavor. TO THEIR CREDIT, she did take them both off the bill because I took a sip and didn't touch it otherwise and said they were bad (politely). Service wasn't stellar either and wasn't busy.The menu is a lot smaller and out of the one dessert we wanted.Will give them another shot in 6-12 months to redeem themselves.Old:Delicious food cooked to perfection. Service is very good as well. Would recommend reservation however.
