“Went for the first time last night. Loved their house beer and the wings and burgers were amazing! Best burger I ever had! Our sever was soo sweet too! She had great recommendations. This will be a place we visit frequently!“

“Update. New GM reached out and made things right and was very good addressing the situation. I will take this as a mulligan and try this establishment again and hope for a better experience.

Had dinner with the family. Food was good. I didn’t knock service for our server but mainly for management. Ordered Salmon which says it comes with any 2 sides. $26 on the menu, charged $32. My kid got the fish sandwich which was $22(already too much) was charged $26. He substituted fries for a single potato pancake. No mention of up charge for this and my meal comes with 2 sides. Was not subbing anything out and nothing says premium sides on the menu. Called out the price difference to the waiter who was very nice but you can tell on his face that he didn’t want to ask the manager tonight because the manager won’t do anything. That is exactly what the manager did. He sent the poor server up by himself to make up a reason for the extra charge. Poor management for not training the servers on the up charge. Poor management for not addressing the customer face to face for an issue. An easy explanation or apologies for the was confusion and making the price right would have had me coming back. I will spend my $140 for 3 meals, 1 beer, and a kids meal somewhere else. Too many choices to deal with a bad manager that doesn’t respect his staff or paying customers.“

“Cool vibe with room for kiddos to hang if you're stopping in during the day. There was even a lego set up to play with, and a Lego store attached that you can walk through to!

I'm not a huge beer drinker, but the espresso martinis are the best in Zelie for sure! Seriously, I've had them in every restaurant in Zelie multiple times-- and beyond. They're not overly sweet, and they're really cold and smooth. (I think the glasses are chilled which is a nice touch). In some joints, I feel like I'm drinking room temp hershey syrup. In others, vodka and chocolate milk. This one is quite nice.“

“We had ShuBrew cater my son’s graduation party yesterday at our location. Erika and Lauren went above and beyond setting up/serving the food/cleaning up and just making sure our guests were taken care of.

“My husband has been buying me bread from Loafers for years! My brother in law told me about it cause they worked out in Wexford and Cranberry! I can't thank him enough.Wish they would come to New Castle! we d love it! I love the Honey Wheat bread My favorite is Cinnamon Swirl,and the Chalah! Love their special holiday cakes one I loved was Lemon poppyseed! Wish they d bring it back.The cinnamon rolls and fruit breads and the Scones like triple chocolate chip abd raspberry,blackberry to name a few are simply delicious! Love you guys!! “We have eaten at Lucianos many times!!! Always great food at reasonable price! Great portions! Always have leftovers for lunch the next day! I hope that never changes! It does stink that they charge 3% fee for credit card usage but I understand they have to watch their bottom line just like any other small business. “My wife and l came there for the 1st time to dine for our anniversary. The place was hopping at 4:00 pm and l had reservation at 4:30. We waited at the bar and they text me at 4:30 that our table was ready. We chose to sit outside on the patio overlooking the fountain. Our server Casey was fantastic! I told her it was our 39th wedding anniversary and she delivered above and beyond customer service. The food was a little slow getting to our table due to a shortage of workers, however she kept us entertained and supplied us with libations until our meals arrived! When desert came she wrote on the plates Happy Anniversary. That was grand. She took the time to get to know us in a very short period of time. Hats off to Casey! She is a keeper!
