“Will not go back for a long time possibly never.I have been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and prior to that it has been at least a year since the food was bad and decided i was done and i chalked it up as bad management.Anyway i out of the most resent stopes I ordered the fish meal all 3 times .1st one was decent not great but wasgood enough to eat. Tha second time which was 3 days ago fish was thin & Hard tasted like card board, and the fries were hot but brown ,i am sure do to old oil.Now i went today and went thru drive thru and i asked for a fresh fish sandwich and explained to the girl the reason why( tasted like cardboard) she assurred me that it would be fresh .Well guess what it was a repeat of the same prior ...fish thin and cardboardish taste and the fries where hard& brown, which i might add they tried to upsell to a large, could you imagine spending more money for more B. S. FIES...if there was not a big line i would have taken it back, THIS IS AN ISSUE THERE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO SPOT CHECK FOOD THAT IS GOING OUT AND FIRE PEOPLE WHO SELL THIS CRAP.
TOO THE OWNER YOU NEED TO TAKE THIS COMMENT SERIOUS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR BUISNESS, as far as i am concerned it will be a very ,very long time before i consider going back“
“Mixed bag this go round. The app tried to place my order for midnight. I know this isn't the restaurants fault. I called as soon as I paid through the app and saw this and the person who answered the phone was on top of it and had my order waiting even though it never hit their screen. I rarely have any food issues with this location.... BUT... today I would say the fryer oil was in serious need of changing. You could really tell with the fish sandwich I got. IMHO Arby has one of the better fast food fish sandwiches usually. I've never had any person to person service issues at this location so that part is a 5 star all the way.“
