“The back line worker with the puffy pony tails light skin was very loud and disrespectful when coming up to ask asking about what extra meat meant when asked to order the steak sub. We were charged an extra $3 by the cashier and she’s asking how much is extra and that seemed like a question for her manager instead of screaming at the cashier and us. She was very rude and ultimately because of her attitude towards us we decided to cancel the order and leave, when I said we’re leaving she shouted GOOD! ever since this place has changed management the customer service is terrible. I am also looking for corporates number because in all the 15 years I was an assistant manager at that specific Arbys there I have never seen anyone in customer service act like that over a simple questions about what extra meat meant. I would like someone to contact me regarding this issue because this is very disturbing.“
“Wow since the revamp! Staff and food has been spot on for some time now. Restaurant is very clean, staff is friendly, food is good, roast beef isn't sparse or dry, beef n cheddar nice n neat, not sloppy and orders are accurate. Thank you for everything! Nice turn around operation.“
