“Just spent an entire weekend at the best Western Central Premier Hotel and enjoyed our stay and ate every day at least once at the O'Reilly's Taproom and Kitchen! “Saturday 3/29/2025 my family and I visited your establishment. We received the absolute best service from Riley. I was in the middle of a low blood sugar emergency; it happens and very quickly. In the midst of my gibberish, Riley quickly brought me Orange Juice, was attentive and patient while my family decided on a meal. Riley was busy but never faltered to check on us. I’m so thankful that we had Riley as a server last night. I hope your company knows how hardworking of a staff member you have!“
