Parking: Plenty of parking. No need to worry about no where to park.

Wheelchair accessibility: Have wheelchair parking and a ramp. No automatic doors and they are heavy.“

“This was the first time that my wife and I ordered from 3rd Base, and while all we ordered was a Cheeseburger Sub and an order of fries, let me tell you that our dining room was eerily silent for 5-10 minutes as we both were so impressed and surprised at how damn good our meal was, that we didn't talk, share, or otherwise allow any outside interference as we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
