Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place needs a health department inspection. All surfaces in restaurants are filthy. Starting from tables,floors, soda dispenser kiosk, etc. I can just imagine the kitchen area. They need a manager who is focused and makes employees clean it at least once at the end of the shift. I'll never eat food from that place again.

Love it, for the most part the food is good, however, sometimes the quality of the meat varies. Not fond of the industrial atmosphere. Do they do that so people don't want to stick around too long and then there's room for more people to keep coming in. That's why I almost always do take out at these restaurants. You do get a lot of food for your money and it is healthier than most fast food restaurants. The guacamole is always very delicious.

This staff is nice and actually greet you. Been here a few times and both times I got a burrito it wasn’t overstuffed and could actually eat it without making a mess. Be kind to the staff and patient. They’re awesome

I usually come here for a solid meal after the gym. Although every time I want to try the queso it tastes grainy. Chicken/steak/chips are normal good quality though. Might have to try the newer location a few more minutes away from now on.

Absolutely terrible didn’t even mean to order from this store but DoorDash messed it up I have a store 5 mins away but for some reason it came from here. I was skimped extremely bad first off I ordered extra everything and got no extra portion of anything. Everything was cold lettuce is soggy and disgusting. Terrible location and do not eat from here

Absolutely disgusting! The longest hair from the middle of my burrito to the end. Also only got rice, chicken, and cheese in my burrito and there was an onion in there. Absolutely disgusting and horrible. Google won’t let me post video, so here’s a pic of half of it on my counter. Don’t have people handling food without hair nets.

Just left first off their attitudes there were horrible. Then they barely had any meats and no vinegarette so I had to wait until the chicken was done. The 2nd guy that was finishing my bowl literally smashed my bowl as he was closing it

If i could give a zero i definitely would.This is the last time I will be purchasing from Chipotle at all. I have tried all of them in the area and this one is by far the worst one ever, they never have half the items on the menu as far as toppings. Never fajita veggies. Ever, not sure if its the management or the company itself, we ordered 3 meals this time, not one of them was right. All three bowls were ice cold. few months ago I ordered 7 meals, 3 were wrong, 2 were missed and there resolution was to give me 3 gift certificates that expire in 30 days. I didn't even use them, the corporate office isn't any better than the restaurants themselves.

I ordered 2 bowls. The White rice was raw and also other foods too. SO DISGUSTING🤮!!! I throw it away into the trash 🗑️. Never coming again at this place.

If I wanted straight rice I would’ve ordered just that. That is unnacceptable! You didn’t even provide my actual stickers to identify what you threw on and decided was okay to sell for almost forty dollars!

Everytime I get anything delivered my bowl is always skimpy and they never give me my $4 side of queso really bad service and got my food cold by the time it got to me
