I like Cracker Barrel. The food is good, and the prices are great. I go with me and my two kids; they're teens, so they eat a lot. I even take the $5 take-home meals afterwards. The staff is very nice, but the only thing I disagree with is when they give you your food. They literally put the receipt on the table. It feels like they're rushing us to go. But that doesn't stop us, lol; we then order dessert and i order take home $5 meals. They have to take back the...

Spicy grilled catfish and lemon pepper trout are great. Skip the baked potato because they're always under done. The rice served as part of the Louisiana shrimp skillet was hard and crunchy. The waitress said that's the way it's served. No rice should be crunchy!

Food was hit and miss.
Steak, shrimp and campfire meals were really good. Burgers were very subpar, and we ordered loaded tots and got loaded hash.
Waitress took 10-15 min between check-ins, even when multiple drinks were empty.
