D&L's Groceries Hood Good Food

i have never been there in person but i order food from them from doordash and I have to say tonight it was just hitting to good I had to make a call. I spoke to a gentleman who then told me his wife made the food and I have to say she put her foot elbow everything in. I had the nuggets with mango habanero sauce with a chop cheese and beef hot dog and everything was good and hot it really hit the spot tonight at work. 10/10 , never messed up a meal on online ordering

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food is good but definitely needs to do better when speaking to customers. My husband ordered food it said it was supposed to be delivered between 9:25 and 9:45 it was about 20 minutes after 9:45 my husband called to find out what was going on if the food was picked up yet because there was no new updates for time girl on the phone was very very rude. Even though the food is good I don't think we will be ordering from here anymore when the employees speak to the people that literally keep their doors open and a paycheck in hand. People that work in customer service need to realize customers are the reason you have a job.

Yo what the world they got going on in that kitchen? I be ordering at 1am and my cheese steak NEVER misses. You would never think looking at this place from the outside that they serving up food so good. I have had cheese steak from here over half a dozen times and it has never been bad. Crispy roll, juicy steak. I don’t get bubble gut after the food either. It’s rare that you can get food this good late into the night. The place definitely has its own charm. I dare say it might be one of Harrisburg’s hidden treasures. If you know how to handle yourself definitely give this place a try.

The overall quality and execution fell short of my expectations. While the staff was polite.

Hot sausage, fries, cheese steak was all amazing. Definitely recommend and will be ordering again!

This is good food. But it’s not named Good Hood Food for no reason. The hood is the customer service from the sassy individual behind the counter projecting their worldly anger and frustration on young women customers.

Food - 5 stars (we had a quesadilla, NY sandwich, cheese fries and wings) and everything was well prepared and tasted great.

Sassy counter worker - 0 stars. You got issues honey

Will order again but if you had a menu option to smack the staff, I’d pay double.

Food was awesome. Burger tasted home made and being far from home (Texas) thats exactly what I was looking for. Had the Cheeseburger with extra cheese and sliced jalapeños. Will be coming back everything I River through the area.

I hear the food is great, but I never can NOT get offended long enough to order. The Staff are unfriendly, unkind, and down right nasty at times. If you are a guy expect the male workers to treat you like the Opps, if its a female expect attitude. If the demeanor change I will update but until then I will avoid it.

I got a chopped cheese from there and they put a disrespectful amount of mayo on my sandwich. No one in their right mind eating that much mayo between 2 piece of bread

Ordered a breakfast sandwich the sausage was burnt to the point where it was hard egg was over cooked just awful called spoke to someone named malay she said the cook was gone she would have him call me smh
