I ordered delivery around 1230pm and waited almost 2 hours with no delivery. I live close to the store anyway so I decided to just go and pick it up. I walked in and the store was VERY BUSY with only 2 people working! They were visibly working very hard and the environment seemed stressful. Both employees greeted me kindly and asked if I was picking up. I explained my situation and they said they did try to call and let me know there was no delivery driver. Working in fast food is difficult, especially on Fridays and weekends. Kaylee was extremely professional and patient despite how busy she was, and provided great customer service.
The food is always good.
It’s the delivery drivers that piss me off. We always pay with a card and choose the “leave it at the door” option because it’s usually relatively late and some people in the house are sleeping so we don’t need them knocking. So why do they knock every time? Not just knocking but banging on the door like they are the police. My son ordered food recently.
