The food was fine, but some of the staff were goofing off. Ordinarily, I think people should have fun at work, but this wasn’t the right kind of fun to have when customers are present and when the trash can was overflowing. Five Guys locations are usually very clean, but this one wasn’t on the night my family visited. I doubt we will ever go back there.
I gave it 3 stars mainly because of the staff. The food was great, bacon cheeseburger and fries. However, I don't need to be accosted into ordering a damn milkshake and I don't particularly enjoy sitting there waiting for my food while the entire staff of young immature men all carry on and loudly yell and laugh like simpletons making it almost impossible to hear if your order number is being called. Whoever the manager on duty was needs to reign in their workers...
I know it's expensive for a burger. But guess what? All fast food has caught up. I'm paying $18 here and $14 at the Golden you know what. Which do you think is better? Haven't had a bad burger at this location yet.
