Stopped for lunch with family. We had one family member in a wheelchair and staff greeted us upon entering restaurant and very attentive in getting us seated comfortably. We had soup, tuna salad sandwich, daily special chili dogs, and salad were all fresh and delicious. One meal of fried clams and loaded steak fries were overcooked.
Four of us went here for lunch the other day based on reviews. It is a combination of a bar and diner kind of feel with lower ceilings and clearly some age on the building. They also have about 4-5 tables on the side of the restaurant that you could enjoy with a slight view of the river, but it was too hot for that option when we visited. When we arrived around mid-afternoon the lounge was quite busy for a weekday and we were seated in the diner side. The service was outstanding...
