Once again, I find myself in a dilemma that I am compelled to write a review. I am flabbergasted at how awful the service is. There were more than 4 servers. I stood for 15 minutes in the line that they say you are supposed to wait. I literally watched them serve one person and then fumble around doing nothing while people waited patiently in line. There was one particular bartender working the main order area. She obviously has her own issues as it seemed she had low regard for persons of color. After waiting for service that wasn’t coming, I left very irritated. During most of my wait there were only a few drinks served and at times bartenders sevI g no one. We are in 2024. Businesses can’t afford to continue this kind of blatantly poor service. Note to ownership…don’t let a few bad apples ruin your business. Tell them to get it together, as I am not the first to report on this.

They make me feel bad,I was waiting to be attended,it was 4,5 people waiting for,I was the 2nd o maybe the 3rd and they ignored me it was 4 bartender in side I have to speak up little loud to they ask me o attended plus they changed $18dl for 2 drinks one was regular no alcohol and the 2nd one was a beer special $4dl honestly it was not good experience for me I am Hispanic and the rest off people was white American people never go to the place again (racists)

This place has potential, but it keeps falling flat on its face with service. The food truck never seems to have their stuff sorted out. You either accept the wrong food or not and wait another 15 minutes. Bar staff is having trouble finding good help, usually one person knows what they are doing and someone is figuring it out.

Thursday 3/14 Worst bartender ever! Stood and watched bartender for over 15 minutes. Not once did I see her crack a smile. She served people that had come up to the bar after me. Finally I said “excuse me I was here before the last 4 people you just served”. Her response was ….. we don’t serve from that area. She walked away. There are no signs saying that. Can I get something? You need ID (I am 57 yrs old ) I didn’t bring one. Well II won’t be serving you. That was not the best way to word that. She was just plain old, grumpy and had 0 personality. Will never return.Oh I only wanted water

I really like this. We found that by accident on the day of the ice festival. We were looking for a bathat's right? The drinks were definitely unique and everyone. There was very friendly. I had expected it to be a very upscale place. That would make me feel intimidated but it was not at all like
My boyfriend and I frequent the Beach club quite frequently and wanted to say how awesome the guy working this Sunday was. He has a great personality, he's very patient, and is excellent at multitasking. Overall this guy is doing a FABULOUS job!!

I have been wanting to come here, and I was finally able to make it out. If you want to park close, it is VERY limited parking, so in the nicer months, it's probably better to walk up. We rented an igloo for 2 hours on a Saturday night. It was very cozy on the inside once the heat kicked on. You do not have service at your igloo, which would have been nice. However, you do have to go to the bar and get your drinks. My 1st drink, if it was my only drink, would have given me a bad review. However, I had several after that that made up for it. My 1st drink i got a smores martini as it was delicious for $12 bucks. I paid for almost more than half foam. I should have said something but didn't. The bartender was a super nice guy and did make excellent drinks except for the 1st one. The igloo, like I said, was very nice, and when done, they did have outside tables with fire pits to sit around, which was nice. They have a food truck with a small menu, we actually got the soft pretzel, and honestly OMG it was the best soft pretzel I ever had!! The lady deep-fried it, and it made it so crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I for sure want to return in the nicer months with my dogs because it is pet friendly.

On Friday I was proposed to at the Beach Club and everyone there went above and beyond to make the experience absolutely amazing. From being so accommodating to even videoing the entire thing. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality.
