Friendly spot. These mom and pop style joints have the odds stacked against them pretty hard these days. I hope they find a way to keep going.
Fastest service ever and flavorful food. Awesome find in our horrendous state capital city.

First time here and I really enjoyed it. Cheeseburger on pretzel bun with chips was delicious. Excellent price. Waitress was really nice.

Service was a little slow. They had ALOT of takeout orders which seemed to consume them. Food was good.

Needed more seasoning, but the temperatures were good. Good atmosphere. One of the best spots I've found thus far in Harrisburg.

It's okay. The foods kind of low-quality, the people who serve aren't the nicest, but it's good.

Simple and straightforward. Service was acceptable.
Keystone Restaurant is the definition of a classic diner — right in the heart of downtown Harrisburg, just steps from the PA Capitol. This was a perfect breakfast stop on our way to Gettysburg. We went with some of the popular choices: the 3 eggs Western omelette with cheese and an English muffin on the side, biscuits smothered in sausage gravy, and of course, I couldn’t leave Pennsylvania without ordering scrapple (had to make my son try it too!). Portions were generous, everything hit the spot, and the service was super friendly. One of those places where you eat really well for a great price. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Harrisburg.

Flavorless, very very bland. Bring your own seasoning.
