Incredible bread - I appreciate the use of Italian flour and making the pizza dough themselves. Most pizzerias use garbage premade stuff.
I got the plain cheese. The sauce wasn’t very interesting unfortunately. Aside from the bread, the sauce makes the whole pizza for me.

Pizza is excellent thin crust and great sauce made with olive oil in the sauce and dough

Knead offers delicious gluten-free pizza with a crispy, fluffy crust, perfect for one hungry person or two as an appetizer. The regular pizza is also flavorful with good toppings. While slightly overrated and pricey, the crust needs to be eaten quickly. Easy ordering and pick-up process make it the best pizza spot in Harrisburg.
