Keystone Restaurant is the definition of a classic diner — right in the heart of downtown Harrisburg, just steps from the PA Capitol. This was a perfect breakfast stop on our way to Gettysburg. We went with some of the popular choices: the 3 eggs Western omelette with cheese and an English muffin on the side, biscuits smothered in sausage gravy, and of course, I couldn’t leave Pennsylvania without ordering scrapple (had to make my son try it too!). Quaint little place reminds me of the old time (silver trailer) diners from when I was a kid.

Good food and friendly servers
Small space can probably hold 75 people max.
Only 1 cook and about half full when I got there so it took 30 minutes to get my shrimp basket
Pretty decent Mexican food geared to the American palate. Ex only one tortilla per taco that's like giving me one slice of bread for a sandwich. The chilaquiles and sopes are good.
