Perfect little breakfast spot! The waitstaff is friendly and prompt. The food is delicious and well portioned, with various options available. They do a brisk take-out business, and have plenty of comfortable seating to eat in. Highly recommend!!
Keystone Restaurant is the definition of a classic diner — right in the heart of downtown Harrisburg, just steps from the PA Capitol. This was a perfect breakfast stop on our way to Gettysburg. We went with some of the popular choices: the 3 eggs Western omelette with cheese and an English muffin on the side, biscuits smothered in sausage gravy, and of course, I couldn’t leave Pennsylvania without ordering scrapple (had to make my son try it too!). Small space can probably hold 75 people max.
Only 1 cook and about half full when I got there so it took 30 minutes to get my shrimp basket
