I had problems with this location 6-12 months ago with taking forever or just completely never making my order and receiving no follow up, but the last few times I have been there staff seems to have improved. Average McDonald’s experience. This location does have homeless people hanging out at it - but I’ve never been bothered by any.

Asked for one fry with no salt They gave us 3 without salt and a bunch of salt packets Went back through line and they gave one fry without salt again. Not sure if they just didn't understand the other people wanted evenly distributed fries while the one person didn't want salt at all or what, but we Gave up trying.

This particular McDonalds in Harrisburg need to have a better way to serve food the drive through line is long and goes all the way back to the entrance. You have about 2-4 uber cars parked in the parking lot I been watching some guy take out the trash for like 15 mins now , they really need to get this store together I thought the one in division st was bad but it is no where close to this . People that order here with uber do not get there orders , they serve the drive through first and make uber or door dashers wait until all the uber or door dash food is ready i am still sitting here waiting this is bad and someone that’s higher up need in corporate needs to step in because I literally just sat here and watched somebody that works their roll up marijuana. This place really needs to either be shut down or they really need to put better management in here. Can’t be that bad to let the bad and disrespectful people go because at this point this business is horrible and can do so much better with the right people . They hire people that are from work release and obviously allow weed smoking on the property this is crazy i almost thought I was in Philadelphia.

Food has always been good. The store seems pretty clean and the employees have always been nice to us.
I come here everyday after work to eat. I order on the app. The lady told me that there is no electricity in the whole block and she can't make my order. The app already took my order and it said I couldn't cancel because it was already started. How can it already be started without electricity? Now I'm out of a meal plus my money. I won't be coming back to this place anymore.

Just got home with a mobile order from this place usually breakfast from is one my first go to restaurant but not this place all the food is stale and cold even when I reheated my pancakes they did not soften didn't even eat the whole thing complete waste of money should've went to turkey hill

It's a McDonald's, you don't go in with high expectations. Three stars on the service because they need to take out the self service kiosks, and just put people back on the front register full time.
