So I called in my order they said ten minutes i got there in ten the older guy was at front counter eating what looked like big pieces of raw fish with his bare hands literally no utensils at all he gets up walks back without washing his hands literally did nothing with his hands n begins to prepare my food needless to say I let him know what he did wrong and walked out very disgusted

My wife and I have frequently gotten take out here. Its always delicious, so when the plan was to drop the kids at an event, we were going to pick up take out and do some holiday prepping, I called and placed our usual order. Then life happened, and our plans had to shift. We made different dinner plans and would pick up our chineese take out for leftovers later; I called to meet the restaurant know and got the first unanticipated customer gold star, they were fine with waiting. Gold star came when we arrived to pick up the food, the owner said he would make it fresh for us.... I feel horrible that I couldn't wait for the food... but im very appreciative that they wanted to make fresh food for us. I couldn't stay to wait for it, but this interaction surely guaranteed that this will remain our go to take out spot! You should make it yours too!!!

I know my chinese food and this is not the place. Burnt taste in my lo mein and its the tiniest shrimp in it. I said small fried rice and they charged me for a large. Horrible burnt flavor throughout the food.

This use to be my fave Chinese spot until it got taken over by an older guy and his wife. He is rude & dishonest. He didn’t want to give me free rice after I brought $55 worth of food which it offers in the menu then he try to give me that price right dead soda instead. . They supposed to give you free items when you spend a certain amount which is on their menua. He also talks to people rude, throw your card back at you . They prepare food good but the service is horrible

Place was filthy and smelled horrible. The orange chicken was completely disgusting and chewy like it wasn’t even cooked I called to complain dude wouldn’t refund my money or make anything else in its place. Terrible service nasty food. This establishment should be shut down and condemned immediately

I used to order from this place all the time. Their fried chicken wings are amazing. But as of late, every time I call to order delivery, they can never deliver. It's a hassle driving all the way out to Union Deposit after work, so I always ordered delivery. Either they're constantly short staffed, or they're still worried about covid...
This is the first bad experience I've ever had with any Chinese restaurant, it seems like a mom and pop operation that's trying to save money wherever they can. I ordered the shrimp and lobster sauce with a side of brown gravy, he shrimp and lobster sauce was undercooked and the brown gravy was not brown gravy at all, it was made with some type of temporary thickening agent with maybe some worcestershire sauce it tasted terrible and when I left it out on the counter about an hour it turned completely watery, it was the first and last time I'll ever eat at this location

I got a large shrimp lo mein that was absolutely disgusting. The lo mein was almost black. I thought they used to much sauce but it didn't taste good either. I was highly disappointed. The lobby has table and chairs but you can't sit at them because they are stacked against the wall and by the receptionist area. I have included pictures of my food. I will not be going back there at all.

They don’t know how to answer the phone and when they do I ask a question and they hang up on me so I try calling back multiple times and they just keep answering and saying something in Chinese then they hang up !!!!!!
