“Called in my lunch order today and when I pulled up to pick up my food they did not have it prepared and there was a miscommunication with the one who took the call and myself. The manager Dillion jumped right in and took care of the problem. Knowing that I was on time restraints he was apply to complete my order quickly and with great quality. This was the Panera at High Point Commons in Harrisburg, Pa. I just want to thank The manager Dillion for such a great job on keeping a customer happy and I will definitely be coming back to this Panera Bread.“

She represented your restaurant well as she assisted my friend and I with our questions about your menu. I greatly appreciated her help as it has been several years since I have been to Panera Bread.
