The food is very delicious and authentic, with a focus on freshness and quality. Customers are blown away by the flavorful pho and generous portions, with a clear broth and tasty flavor. The small pho dac biet is a popular choice, with a really nice broth, pure flavor, and an extremely generous meat portion with multiple pieces of each cut. The beef sticks appetizer is amazing and unique with a fresh lemongrass flavor, and the homemade egg rolls are the best. The homemade chili oil is extremely well balanced, and the coffee with condensed milk is nicely balanced, not too bitter nor too sweet. The egg yolk soda, a sweet drink of egg yolk and condensed milk, is a unique treat. Service is friendly, fast, and incredibly kind, even through a wrong order. The restaurant is spacious, clean, quiet, and calm. Customers come at least once a week, leaving full and satisfied.
