Smh, we moved here in 2018, but only discovered this bakery this year and we're moving away next month to Williamsburg, VA. The goods here taste lighter and fresher than the Pennsylvania Bakery in Camp Hill where goods are more dense or covered in too much frosting. My son loves the lemon bar here.
Stopped in for a quick treat as I always pass by. I purchased a jar of honey for my home lattes and a chocolate croissant. The croissant is sooo buttery and flakey but not annoyingly flakey. There was so much flavor packed into the pastry. Can't wait to go back.
Just had one of the best breakfasts of my life and I feel obligated to say that Raising the Bar is phenomenal. Probably one of my favorite businesses here in Harrisburg. They hit the mark on everything between quality, taste, customer service, and a cozy interior. Thank you for making my new favorite croissants and breakfast sandwiches!
